Great experience. I got the fig latte and a turkey sandwich. We were served by Ashley, who was very friendly and invented the delicious fig latte herself! It tasted very fresh with just the right amount of sweet. I haven’t had bread so good in a very long time. Highly recommend.

My all time favorite espresso in the greater seattle area! This little coffee spot is the passion project of Ashley, a local chef who is the owner/operator/barista/chef at Grand Rising. The espresso is absolutely PERFECT and the Reuben was the best sandwhich I’ve had all year. You can’t find a better coffee or better vibes anywhere. The prices are amazing too, a 24oz coffee was less than $6!!!

We are SO happy to have found this new spot. The coffee is DELICIOUS and the owner is so nice, she helped us figure out what to order and was so helpful. We had the Vietnamese coffee and a latte and both were nice and strong. The food is great too- loved the baklava!

My recent visit to the Grand Rising Coffee Truck was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by their dedication to quality. The use of a proper Italian coffee machine immediately set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional coffee experience. The flavors were nothing short of exquisite, delivering a rich and satisfying cup of coffee. But the surprises didn't stop there. Their roast beef sub was, without a doubt, a work of art. The Reuben sandwich from here is my favorite I've ever had. The owner is so incredibly kind and friendly. She even gave us some complimentary treats, which were also amazing. The drinks sounded delicious, we're looking forward to trying them in the future. Coming here brightened our day. I highly recommend it. We don't live nearby, but we're going to make sure to come back.

I was honored to be invited to the soft opening, it was so worth the drive. The latte with cold foam was the best I’ve ever had. My barista Ashley was so kind and attentive. I highly recommend Grand Rising Cafe!!! I’m excited to try the subs n desserts.
